- Possess knowledge and experience with Workday Orchestrate development.
- Possess knowledge and experience with Workday Integration, configuration and implementation.
- Possess knowledge and experience in Workday Extend development.
- Possess knowledge and experience in Workday Advance report writing.
- Possess knowledge and experience with Studio development.
- Possess significant experience with the Software Development lifecycle.
- Possess experience with ServiceNow change management software (preferred).
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills to delegate tasks and manage stakeholder priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Possess knowledge and experience in project management principles such as coordinating staff and internal resources, managing project progress and adapting work as required.
- Possess strong functional and analytical skills within Workday HCM, FIN, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Benefits modules.
- Possess knowledge and experience in Workday Security Configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all specified deliverables are provided within the required timeframe as dictated by the COR and project lead and as described on the written project schedule.
- Provide a weekly status report to the COR documenting concerns, issues, risks, and progress of HR Operational projects.
- Partner with internal business owners, technical team members, and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the intermediary to facilitate a clear understanding among all parties about business assumptions and requirements, design, technical, testing, and production migration requirements.
- Work closely with the Technology Services staff to establish, revise, and maintain standards and procedures while implementing system projects.
- Work with clients to foster best business practices, the appropriate use of automation to provide efficient, cost-effective administrative systems and a continual process improvement approach to the Board's automated administrative systems.
- Develop, upgrade, implement, test and document software components.
- Direct, review, and approve the design and technical specifications of well-documented, efficient and effective solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop solutions with team members to implement previously defined and documented requirements.
- Manage projects through the Board's software development lifecycle.
- Provide weekly project status communication for all HR operational work.
- Work with HR business partners to determine project ROI and develop implementation schedule.
- Manage changes through our CM process.
- Develop technical solutions for change requests.
- Gather requirements and create design documents for change requests.
- Create necessary technical and functional documentation associated with changes.
