Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Salary: $120k Annual

Job Summary:

The Vice President, Eastern Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all government and commercial security contracts across DPC's Eastern Region. This role also holds responsibility for the oversight, performance, compliance, safety, and profitability of the training facility and range center. The position ensures operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Diversified Protection Corporation's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Senior Operations Leadership:

* Provide senior leadership for all Eastern Region government and commercial contracts.

* Execute COO-directed initiatives and translate corporate strategy into actionable regional operating plans.

* Ensure consistency in operational standards, policies, and performance metrics.

* Serve as the primary escalation authority for client concerns, compliance matters, and critical incidents.

2. Government & Commercial Contract Oversight:

* Maintain accountability for PWS/SOW compliance, staffing levels, scheduling accuracy, and deliverable execution.

* Oversee Quality Control Plans (QCPs), audits, and corrective action initiatives.

* Drive strong CPARS performance through proactive management and documentation.

* Support contract recompetes, renewals, and growth initiatives in coordination with Business Development.

3. Training Center Senior Leadership & Oversight:

* Provide senior leadership and operational oversight for the Tharos Training Center and all Tharos-branded entities.

* Ensure training programs support contract readiness, officer certification, and leadership development.

* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety standards, and facility compliance requirements.

* Oversee range safety operations including SOPs, Range Safety Officer qualifications, firearms handling and storage, and incident prevention.

* Oversee facility operations, inspections, emergency action plans, drills, and life-safety systems.

* Hold responsibility for the financial performance and profitability of Training Center, including revenue growth, cost control, utilization, and margin management.

4. Financial & Performance Management:

* Own Eastern Region P&L performance, budgeting, and margin optimization.

* Monitor labor costs, overtime utilization, recruiting expenses, and training investments.

* Track KPIs related to staffing stability, retention, compliance, and client satisfaction.

5. People Leadership:

* Lead and mentor Regional Directors, Contract Managers, Site Supervisors, and Tharos leadership.
