About the Role
We're looking for a numbers whiz with a love for events to join our team as a Finance Analyst! In this role, you'll keep our programs running smoothly by tracking costs, reconciling bills, and uncovering savings for our client. You'll work hand-in-hand with event planners, hotel partners, and other vendors to make sure every detail adds up. If you enjoy turning spreadsheets into success stories, this is your stage.

You're Good At

• Spotting even the tiniest errors in invoices and reports
• Navigating Microsoft Office, Stripe, Smartsheet, and Asana like a pro
• Managing billing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation processes
• Collaborating with different teams to solve problems quickly
• Delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships

• A knack for organizing multiple projects at once
• Experience negotiating discounts, credits, or payment terms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to perform under tight deadlines without breaking a sweat

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Financial Analyst is between $60,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
