We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Sr. Manager Demand Excellence supporting the MTO Global Data Management Team in Fort Worth, TX or Switzerland, a typical day will include:

• Focus will be on Next Generation AI and Machine Learning capabilities.

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative supply chain solutions leveraging AI and machine learning technologies, while utilizing your project management expertise to drive successful outcomes.

• Develop/Lead a team which develops standardized processes, governance, and enablement that enhance scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness across the demand engine.

• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for demand planning capability maturity.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed demand planning into IBP and S&OP processes. (develop/maintain/publish - process/work instructions/training/KPIs/etc.)

• Champion continuous improvement and innovation in forecasting methodologies.

• Serve as the Global Process Owner for Demand Planning and Inventory Optimization driving the operational excellence, processes, and frameworks that scale demand programs across regions, segments, and business units.

• Partner with IT, Analytics, Global S&OP and Regional planning teams to optimize end to end planning execution; measure organizational performance, maintain strategy, process, and systems in alignment with the needs of the Alcon Surgical and Vision Care Franchises. • Standardize demand planning/IO processes across business units and regions.

• Implement segmentation strategies, causal modeling, and demand sensing techniques.

• Drive adoption of system(s) and process.

• Data acumen: Master data understanding; data integration and transformation input/output to data lake and analytic environments.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

• 7 Years of Relevant Experience

• 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

• Worksite location: Onsite
