Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM, Mon - Fri

Staffmark is hiring a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Support Administrative Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support daily production operations by ensuring accurate data entry, timely preparation of work order packets, and reliable clerical support for our planning team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word required)
• SAP experience strongly preferred
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow
• High attention to detail, with the ability to verify documents and compare order numbers accurately
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate data in SAP and various internal reporting platforms
• Compile and organize Work Order Packets, ensuring correct order numbers and documentation
• Deliver Work Order Packets to the production floor in a timely manner
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to Planners and other team members
• Review reports to verify order numbers and ensure accuracy across all documentation
