JLL - Supporting JLL's Technology Client JLL is seeking an experienced Human Rights and Social Impact Program Manager to support JLL's Technology Client in advancing responsible sourcing and human rights initiatives across their Global Real Estate and Facilities organization. This role will be instrumental in aligning the client's procurement and supplier management practices with the client's Supply Chain Standards. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, driving program efficiency, building stakeholder capabilities, and ensuring vendors meet the client's rigorous standards. About the Role As a Human Rights and Social Impact Program Manager embedded within JLL's Technology Client account team, you will play a critical role in ensuring ethical and responsible sourcing practices across the client's extensive supplier network. You will partner closely with client program leads and internal stakeholders to identify, address, and resolve human rights and social impact matters while building long-term vendor capabilities. Estimated compensation for this position: 120,000.00 - 160,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
