Eventide | Tabitha is currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator of Home Health Care and Hospice at our location in Omaha, NE.

The Business Development Coordinator educates key stakeholders and promotes Tabitha's Senior Care Continuum by building strong internal and external relationships and meeting monthly referral targets across identified service lines and regions. The role actively upholds Tabitha's LIVE2Care culture and Core Values while supporting Seniors/clients and contributing to organizational success through collaboration with families, community partners, TEAMembers, and leadership.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Serves as Tabitha's representative to community organizations, churches, chambers, and networking groups within the assigned region.
  • Drives community engagement, business development, and outreach initiatives to support Tabitha's mission and growth.
  • Executes short- and long-term strategies to meet referral and performance targets across Tabitha service lines.
  • Builds, maintains, and tracks relationships with key internal and external referral partners, including healthcare providers and senior living organizations.
  • Educates internal teams and external stakeholders across Tabitha's senior care continuum.
  • Represents Tabitha through branding efforts, health fairs, sponsorships, presentations, and speaking engagements.
  • Engages clients and families to support volunteerism and charitable giving initiatives.
  • Meets regional metrics, maintains accurate documentation, reporting, timekeeping, and expense records per Tabitha protocols.
  • Upholds professionalism, integrity, confidentiality (HIPAA), safety, and compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manages workload effectively, participates in training and meetings, adapts to changing priorities, and takes on additional duties as needed.



IDEAL CANDIDATE:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE: Deep experience building and maintaining relationships required. Practical experience managing multiple projects at one time required. Experience with leading, mentoring, and/or coaching peers preferred.

CREDENTIALS: Valid Nebraska Driver's license (unless otherwise allowed by law) and a good driving record required. Must possess auto insurance at or above Nebraska statutory requirements. Must meet Tabitha's vaccination requirements.
