This is an incredible opportunity to design and implement dynamic training programs that empower clinicians, ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies and ultimately enhancing patient care and operational excellence. Your work will have a tangible impact, bridging the gap between innovative products and their effective use in real-world clinical settings.

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to drive the development of transformative learning experiences. If you thrive on creativity, strategic thinking, and making a significant difference in the healthcare landscape, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**What You'll Do:**

* Collaborate with clinical education teams and subject matter experts to thoroughly understand and define clinician workflow requirements.

* Design and develop comprehensive training programs that are deeply aligned with real-world clinical workflows, moving beyond mere feature instruction to context-based application.

* Create a diverse range of blended learning materials, including self-paced e-learning modules, practical job aids, quick reference guides, and immersive simulations for procedural and scenario-based practice.

* Proactively plan for and implement ongoing updates and revisions to training materials as products and clinical practices evolve.

* Contribute to a collaborative environment, ensuring effective adoption of new workflows and products across the organization.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required.

* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in instructional design, organizational development, clinical education, or other related training and development roles.

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Strongly preferred experience in designing workflow-based training or procedural training within a professional environment.
