Georgia-Pacific's team in Mt Wolf, PA Corrugated is hiring a Learning and Development Platform Leader to support our Corrugated business. The L&D Platform Leader will oversee the implementation and distribution of cohesive operating learning and development systems throughout our facility.

As a member of our team, you will add value by developing and executing L&D workflows that optimize business performance across our manufacturing facility.

What You Will Do

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, advocating for our Principles-Based Management culture to drive our Vision and Framework within the manufacturing facilities you support.
  • Ensure training and development content and curriculum align with Principles-Based Management in all aspects of program development and deployment.
  • Leverage established training and development processes within Building Products to accelerate L&D programs within your designated segment.
  • Partner with plant leadership and regional support teams to identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities for training and development. Prioritize and focus on opportunities that create the most value and impact in improving retention, growth, and development for key positions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to produce and implement learning materials within a learning system.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience working in a Corrugated manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record at the developing and executing strategy at a Mill level.
  • Experience as an operational business partner or support role.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in operations and/or plant leadership.
  • Experience supporting a diverse learning team.
  • Experience with building and facilitating Learning and Development programs across multiple facilities.
  • Experience developing and compiling operational courses to support multiple site learners.
