Job Description
The ServiceNow Workspace Service Delivery Implementation Specialist will focus on designing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow solutions to plan and implement the ServiceNow WSD application to deliver location management and related tasking of adds, changes and offboarding, as well as assigned location management and availability reporting and notifications.

• Workflow Development: Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including those for Workplace Service Delivery).
• Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub to create end-to-end workflows and manage data integration.
• Technical Implementation: Partner with Internal ITSM Team to configure and implement ServiceNow scripts (e.g., JavaScript, GlideScript, Apache Jelly) in the form of business rules and client scripts.
• Optimization and Training: Document process, troubleshoot issues, optimize solution performance, and provide training to End-user Support and users.

• ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Customer, Technology, and Employee Experience workflows. Minimum 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow Implementations.
• Application Experience: Proven experience with core applications related to the Workspaces-dependent capabilities (ITSM, etc)
• Core Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required.
• Preferred Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Developer Certified.
  • ITIL Foundation Certified.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with advanced skills in ServiceNow Development APIs, Web Service Integration, and a strong understanding of the customer/employee lifecycle.
  • Experience importing technical diagrams and location data from Autocad or similar applications.
