Ziegler Ag Equipment has an opening for an Inventory Coordinator. This position will report to and work closely with the Inventory Manager to accomplish annual divisional goals. This position will be heavily engaged in ensuring our inventory is accurate, aligned with market expectations, and scheduled tasks are being accomplished. This role will be responsible for much of the administrative side of inventory management both internal to Ziegler and between all OEM partners.
Responsibilities:
- Claim OEM programs timely and accurately
- Reviews all charges to internal accounts to ensure accuracy
- Order all inventory and retail-sold units for the division
- Handle adjustments/reconfigurations of units on order and in the inventory
- Update and verify all inventory data is accurate within Ziegler and OEM systems
- Manage and create visibility for manufacturer delivery dates
- Reviews inventory transactions for abnormalities, and works to resolve system discrepancies or change inadequate processes
- Work with Inventory Manager to manage order writing period windows and create stock orders
- Manage the photo process of all inventory units
- Reconfigure units to utilize new components in the attachment inventory
- Process/Manage transactions for dealer equipment transfers
- Manage Fleet transfers
- Update system pricing as instructed
- Support the creation of program sheets to support pricing communicated to the field
- Update centralized quoting tool with programs, warranty information, and option pricing
- Receives in all equipment into Ag inventory and submits service requests for the equipment
- Reviews open orders from suppliers and communicates ship dates to necessary parties
- Prioritizes and allocates orders/retails to best utilize inventory/stock units
- Work with Finance/Accounting Departments to reconcile discrepancies for various inventory accounts
- Works with Operations personnel at all Ziegler locations to track and resolve issues
- Participates in cyclical inventory counting and all financial period-end processes
- Creates and maintains user documentation for new or current processes
- Works in a cooperative manner with customers, suppliers, management and team members at all levels
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) preferred with emphasis in supply chain, materials management, operations management, inventory control, business or similar field
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and remotely located team members
- 1-3+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a high regard for accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic phone skills (able to provide a pleasant customer experience)

Minimum Physical Requirements:
Talking, hearing, use of hands Working Conditions are primarily indoor. Noise level may be moderate at times.

The pay range for this position is $26.85 to $32.21
Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
