Position Summary Review daily tasks and workflows and provide guidance, support, and oversight to Patient Support staff to ensure accuracy and adherence for the Student Health Center and departmental guidelines for medical and Counseling and Wellness services. Assist Patient Support staff with problem solving. Prepare staff assignments to maintain adequate department coverage. Modify and implement clinician schedules in the Electronic Medical Record system. Create tip sheets and develop other tools to help drive staff skill development, compliance and service improvements. In collaboration with Manager, Patient Support Services, work to enhance staff understanding, performance, and excellence in medical and counseling services. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $76,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
