POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provide administrative support for the Compliance & Employment Law functions, including primary administration of the Alert Line employee hotline process for the entire company.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Administer the critical, time-sensitive Alert Line process for all Regions. Monitor response compliance and prepare recurrent reporting for management and senior leadership
2. Prepare and administer responses to legal subpoenas, including: gather appropriate documentation from various functions, compile and redact information, and correspond with the requestor
3. Provide general administrative support for the Compliance & Employment Law teams, including assisting as needed with settlement severance agreements and checks
4. Prepare general correspondence and other documents for the Compliance & Employment Law teams
5. Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expenses for the Compliance & Employment Law teams
6. Handle requests from external parties for the release of telematics videos that are funneled through the Legal Department
7. Collect and prepare employee personnel files for production in legal matters
8. Handle internal and external customer inquiries and resolve or refer issues to appropriate parties
9. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
10. Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High school diploma or equivalent plus five (5) years of administrative support experience with experience in Legal or Human Resources environment, preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion at all times
* Ability to work independently and as a team member
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent spelling, punctuation, grammar and administrative skills
* Ability to interact with employees and management across all levels, including outside vendors
