Position Title: Bilingual Repair Technician Supervisor
Wage: $23.00 - $25.00/hour QPS Employment Group is hiring a Bilingual Repair Technician Supervisor for a company in Elgin, IL. You'll oversee repair operations, support QA, manage schedules, and keep both internal teams and customers confident in the outcome. Apply today! Bilingual Repair Technician Supervisor Responsibilities: - Interact with both internal technical teams to understand their process/manufacturing requirements/standards as well as external suppliers of equipment and components - Ensure technicians are assigned to handle order processing capacity and meet projected volumes - Ensure manufacturing processes are adequately performed and documented - Check and reply to emails regarding RMA and production orders - Make sure Order Ship dates are met - Verify technicians are using appropriate quality and ESD procedures - Ensure technicians have the tools and information necessary to work on a sales order - Answer Technician's questions about configurations and customer requests that are not evident from the sales orders - Sign off on prep requests, whether it's sending product to get cleaned or painted - Find and download new and updated drivers/firmware information for products - Manage tech vacation schedule - Order parts, bags, and hardware for both stock and production orders - Speak with customers about an issue with a product they purchased from us, to determine if we could them through a phone fix or send them a replacement - Assist with QA - Update Tech notes and customer needs Requirements for Bilingual Repair Technician Supervisor: - High school diploma or equivalent - One to three years of Technician experience in a lead capacity - Previous warehouse or inventory experience - Bilingual (English / Spanish) - ERP system experience (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills schaumburg@qpsemployment.com IND133 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
