We are seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead the strategy, integration, and execution of performance marketing across all categories and regions. This role is responsible for building and operating a scalable marketing engine that drives demand, pipeline growth, and measurable business impact. The Director of Performance Marketing provides day-to-day leadership across Marketing's shared services capabilities, including demand generation, insights and operational excellence, and content and creative, ensuring alignment, consistency, and effective execution. This role partners closely with leaders across the business to prioritize initiatives, establish clear timelines, and deliver results with speed and discipline.
