Position Summary: JMT is seeking an MEP Construction Manager / Superintendent to be responsible for managing facility construction or rehabilitation projects, including coordination with designers and contractors, potentially assigned field staff and sub-consultants assigned to projects. Immediate work will be for a large rail/transit project in Philadelphia, PA. Some marketing and proposal development from a technical perspective will be a function of this role. This role provides great career opportunities in JMT's growing rail & transit and Facilities PM/CM practice. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification. Working Conditions Work is performed in both an office and field (construction) environment. Office to field time is approximately 25% to 75% respectively. Field work requires climbing, walking and standing at a construction site and may be outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 50 lbs) may be required. Travel may be required.
