Intermediate Watch Analyst

Harkcon is pursuing a contract supporting the Federal Protective Services (FPS). This position is contingent on award of the contract to Harkcon.

In this role, you will be pat of a watchstanding team that provides continuous 24x7 watch operations, synthesizing high volume operational information into timely reports and briefings for senior leadership while maintaining COP, RFI tracking, and operational reporting cadence.

Primary duties

1. Manage watch functions, processes, and information flow across shifts.
2. Participate in daily NOC operations calls and brief senior leadership on priority information requirements.

1. Review and approve incident reports and reporting products prior to distribution.
2. Maintain the RFI database, assign RFIs, track completion, and ensure review and approval.
3. Maintain COP and produce, review, brief, and distribute the Daily Operations Summary Report.
4. Maintain distribution lists, telephone rosters, and watch turnover pass down reporting.
5. Create limited GIS imagery and use DHS and FPS law enforcement data systems to the Secret level.

Required qualifications

1. Clearance: Secret.
2. Experience: 5yearsrelevant experience, able to perform duties independently.
3. Education: BA or BS minimum.
4. Skills:type65 to 70 wpm, proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
