Intermediate Intel Analyst

Harkcon is pursuing a contract supporting the Federal Protective Services (FPS). This position is contingent on award of the contract to Harkcon.

In this role, you will deliver threat intelligence and analytic support for FPS through open source monitoring, intelligence system research, daily intelligence products, and critical incident intelligence integration with strict compliance for privacy, civil liberties, and classified handling.

Primary duties

1. Monitor open sources toidentifypotential threats to federal facilities and support special event needs.
2. Comply withDHS and FPS privacy and civil liberties policies while conductingopen sourcework and reporting.
3. Produce the Daily Intelligence Review Bulletin with daily research, drafting, briefing, and release deadlines.
4. Support field RFIs and law enforcement system checks,maintainaccess to multiple systems, package and convey results, and document checks for metrics.
5. Lead intelligence data gathering on critical incidents, correlate with other DHS watch centers and intelligence and law enforcement data sources, and support dissemination with correct classification handling.
6. Conduct research and data management supporting PIID analytic production,identifytrends, andgeneratereports and briefings for FPS HQ asrequired.

Required qualifications

1. Clearance: TS SCI.
2. Experience: 5 years, able to perform duties independently.
3. Education:BA or BS or MAor MS.

Work schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, core hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., adjustable by COR based on mission requirements.
