What Impact You Can Make The Principal Procedural Specialist plays a key role on the emerging procedural team, driving procedural success for new device initiatives. This role provides hands-on clinical support by proctoring clinicians during cases and delivering expert guidance on device setup, usage, and best practices across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care. The specialist collaborates closely with the Professional Education organization to develop and execute customized physician training programs, with a primary focus on EP and Cath Lab healthcare professionals. Additionally, the role supports cardiac surgeons and partners with the clinical education team to address procedural and educational needs. What You Will Do
