Your Job Koch Capabilities is looking for a Residential Security Support professional who is ready to contribute to a trusted security team focused on safeguarding key individuals with integrity and care.This individual will play a role in ensuring the health and safety of designated stakeholders while displaying proactive risk management capability. This position requires a security professional who excels at communication, and prioritization as they work to maintain a secure environment while managing access control for guests, vendors, and contractors with discretion and precision. By working closely with all staff to accomplish essential tasks, we enable the family to focus on their life goals with confidence and peace of mind. What You Will Do Control access points, oversee guest and vendor entry, and enforce established security protocols to maintain a secure, professional environment. Seamless operational oversight, creating a safe space without disrupting normal activities. Interface with various platforms as you work to oversee a network of cameras, alarms, and security systems. Uphold high standards of integrity and appearance, provide safe transportation for clients or VIPs, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure strong client support and trust. Communicate clearly and effectively to stakeholders, clients, and members within the security team Continuously develop as you obtain and maintain all certifications and trainings supplemental to the role Physical Requirements Ability to work a physically demanding shift as the role demands the ability to sit, stand, walk, for long periods of time regardless of ambient climate conditions Ability to lift varying weight above head and carry 50-100lbs with the ability to push/pull the weight varying distances Carrying items 50-100lbs varying distances Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience navigating complex problems and risk management Ability to plan and prioritize strategically to successfully meet goals Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays Ability to work 3rd Shift (6pm-6am) on a 2-2-3 schedule US Driver's License Ability to obtain a Kansas Private Investigator license or Carry and Conceal license What Will Put You Ahead Certified EMT Existing knowledge of security systems, CCTV surveillance equipment Background within security, executive protection Experience, certification, or training in threat assessment and threat management At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
