The Opportunity

The integrated marketing campaign function is a strategic role on our Enterprise marketing team that ensures all marketing efforts are coordinated and aligned to deliver a consistent, on-brand message to audiences across channels. As a Global Integrated Campaign Marketing Intern, it is your responsibility to help architect a cohesive campaign to drive business priorities from building awareness to creating and progressing pipeline to driving active use of our products.

All 2026 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic planning: collaborate on the development of integrated marketing strategies that span across multiple channels and regions and align marketing goals with overall business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Channel coordination and consistency: Streamline efforts across teams to implement campaign optimizations effectively and ensure a unified strategy across various marketing channels, including digital (social media, display advertising, content syndication, paid search, referral), owned and organic (Email, Webinars, SEO, Web), BDR and Events. Surface insights and requests to inform content development. Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels and tactics.
  • Reporting and optimization: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using metrics to assess ROI and optimize future efforts. Develop and communicate insights, optimizations, and/or pivots needed through run-the-business and quarterly business reviews.
  • Cross-functional influence & accountability: collaborate with key stakeholders, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital and Events centers of excellence, BDRs, and GMO. Communicate effectively at various levels regarding marketing objectives and outcomes.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Currently enrolled full time in a Bachelor's or Master's program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Available to participate in a full-time internship from May to September 2026
  • Keen interest in digital marketing, technology, analytics, data science, experience design, or business strategy, demonstrated through coursework, activities, or experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills: research, hypothesis development, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
  • Strong project management skillset
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and through writing and visual presentations
  • Ability to assume leadership roles while working collaboratively within a team
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness, with a drive to absorb new concepts and explore unfamiliar topics in depth
  • Enthusiasm for challenges and learning about industry and technology trends
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
