Job Title: Sales & Marketing - Community Manager

Location: 100% remote

Duration: 12 month Contract but will be extended

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr.
Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day 8 am- 5pm


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Engage with consumers across owned social media platforms, using integrated management software and related tools.
  • Monitor social media channels, identify trends, and collaborate with internal and external teams to develop agile marketing content and actionable plans.
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs, consumer responses, and other social media content to support ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Share best practices for social media copywriting and engagement with community management teams.
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices, and assist in disseminating knowledge across the team.
  • Participate in various social media channels to gather first hand knowledge of opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent voice and messaging for multiple Kimberly-Clark brands across all social media channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (brand, AMC, consumer services, quality, legal, IT) and external agency partners to ensure a cohesive brand voice.
  • Contribute to social media initiatives for multiple Kimberly-Clark brands within a sector/category.
  • Provide feedback on social media content performance, and assist in fostering a positive consumer experience.


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism) or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in community management, social media engagement, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with social media management platforms (Sprinklr or similar).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for social content, general engagement, and risk management.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Childcare experience (personal or professional) is a "nice to have."


Working Conditions:

  • This is a remote role with the flexibility to work from any US-based location.
  • Shifts will vary between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CT, Monday to Friday, based on the assigned schedule.
  • Minimal weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT) may be required on a rotating schedule.
  • Stable internet/Wi-Fi connection is essential for role performance.


Additional Information:

  • This position is primarily focused on engaging with consumers through social channels. It is not a strategy-focused or campaign development role.
