Financial Analyst*

IT Financial Analyst

The IT Financial Analyst's main responsibilities are focused on all financial functions within the Information Technology department. This includes month end tasks, supporting plant costing via quarterly allocations & direct charge billings. Other functions would consist of working with purchasing department and handling receipts for IT vendors, managing service contracts, acquisition integrations and various adhoc projects as necessary.

Major areas of responsibility:

* Manage IT cost allocations to Sanmina plants.

* Manage IT service contracts

* Assist with month end financial tasks

* Manage IT direct charge billings to Sanmina plants and corporate divisions

* Expense tracking and validation

* Vendor receipts & Capex tracking

* Manage IT consultants and adhoc consulting work

* Reports to: IT Finance Manager

Skills and Education Required:

* Undergraduate degree in a finance or accounting related field of study.

* 1-3 years' experience in the finance or accounting field.

* Must be a problem solver with a dedication to providing solutions for issues.

* Must be analytical, organized and effectively communicate information andrecommendations to Management.

* Ability to make high principled and right-minded decisions in daily tasks

* Courage to identify and address uncomfortable facts and situations

* Must have the ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.

* Be able to not just compile data but also be able to deeply understand the varioustrends, outliers, and potential issues with it.

* Excellent skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word & Google Workspace

Preferred knowledge and experience:

* Experience with the Oracle ERP system

* Knowedge of basic accounting functions
