Position Overview


We are hiring two experienced Senior Managers of Real Estate, each supporting a different segment of our business. One role will support our Hubbell Utility Solutions (HUS) segment, and the other will support our Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) and Hubbell Unified Business Solutions (HUBS) segments.



Both positions play a critical role in managing and optimizing Hubbell's global real estate portfolio-including owned and leased manufacturing, warehouse, office, and operational facilities. These leaders will shape real estate strategy, execute complex transactions, and partner closely with business leaders to support growth, operational performance, and longterm portfolio health.



This position is a hybrid positionbased at our Corporate Headquarters in Shelton, CT.

A Day In The Life

  • Lead and manage global real estate transactions
  • Maintain accurate property records and ensure strong data integrity
  • Partner with the Chief Compliance Officer and segment leadership on longterm real estate strategy
  • Oversee due diligence activities for targeted acquisitions
  • Coordinate brokers, architects, engineers, and external advisors
  • Collaborate with Legal on drafting and negotiating real estate documents
  • Develop, monitor, and communicate KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics
  • Track critical lease dates, including expirations, terminations, and purchase options
  • Manage the Sequentra real estate management platform for your assigned segment
  • Conduct market research and perform property assessments
  • Drive continuous improvement across real estate processes, systems, and tools

Education & Experience Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (required)
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate or investment real estate experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate documents and leasing processes
  • High level of project management capability and attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with real estate management systems (e.g., Sequentra)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • Experience in large corporate or industrial environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with environmental considerations related to real estate (preferred)
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
