Overview
The Referral Marketing Program Executive serves as a strategic leader responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing plans and campaigns aimed at increasing patient volume and revenue and increasing provider referral volume. This role works across multiple disciplines and channels to ensure that messaging is consistent, impactful, and tailored to the needs of provider audiences. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: Bachelor's Degree: Related Field; Bachelor's Degree: Healthcare Administration; Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Work Experience: Provider relations; Healthcare marketing Responsibilities Develop the referral marketing strategy and plans to complement direct-to-consumer campaigns, highlighting priority specialty providers and services in need of growth. Develop and continually optimize provider marketing channels and content to promote referral-driven services, driving patient acquisition and organizational revenue. Analyze data to understand referral patterns and trends to identify opportunities to reduce leakage and increase community referrals for priority service lines/focus areas. Work in partnership with Corporate Communications, Marketing and Digital teams to create informative content for distribution through established internal and external communication channels. Produce and manage a variety of marketing materials, newsletters, email campaigns, brochures, website content, social media posts, and advertisements. Establish metrics and analyze data to track marketing outcomes, make data-driven improvements and measure downstream revenue. Utilize social media platforms to promote priority services. Plan, build and execute campaigns using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, clear, consistent and cohesive information flow. Ensure all marketing efforts maintain a consistent brand image and messaging across all platforms and materials. Ensure all referral activities comply with healthcare laws and regulations. Other duties as assigned. Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines. Strong communication, project management, and data analytics skills are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, stakeholders, and providers. Experience in integrated marketing communications, including digital communication platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, social media, analytics tools, and emerging technologies. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $30.02per hour - $51.63per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
