This is a 10-week paid internship, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00 pm schedule starting on or around June 1st, 2026 in Oshkosh, WI. - Stay on the pulse of major AI platforms and spotlight what matters for Verve, especially the latest from Microsoft Copilot.
- Team up with the VP of Technology to identify highimpact AI opportunities and launch pilots that boost service, efficiency, and risk management.
- Craft clear, engaging intranet posts and announcements to bring new AI features and use cases to life for staff.
- Build training materials, slides, job aids, short videos, prompt libraries-and help deliver energizing learning sessions.
- Create and maintain Copilot prompts and templates tailored to everyday Verve workflows (email drafting, summaries, analysis, etc.).
- Partner with business units to map processes ripe for AI support and capture before/after metrics that show real impact.
- Explore opportunities for AI bots or agents and build them using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Support change management through communication plans, training timelines, and meaningful feedback loops.
- Apply Verve's AI Policy, privacy requirements (including GLBA), and data handling standards to everyday AI use.
- Build and refresh a simple Copilot adoption dashboard tracking training, usage, and helpdesk trends with IT.
- Provide friendly firstline AI support, document FAQs, and route technical issues effectively.
- Research and recommend safe, policyaligned guidelines for using nonMicrosoft AI tools when business needs arise.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Curiosity and learning agility with a passion for responsible, practical use of AI.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on familiarity with multiple AI tools and prompt-based workflows; working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot within M365 is strongly preferred.
- Basic understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in financial services (handling sensitive information appropriately)
- Collaboration skills to work across departments and incorporate feedback.
- Organization and time management; ability to manage multiple small projects concurrently.
- Interest in change management and instructional design.
- Bonus: Experience with automation tools including Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, or scripting for automation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (undergraduate or graduate level).
- Prior internship, volunteer work, campus involvement, or portfolio of AI-enabled work is a plus but not required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work Environment: Business office, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand at a desk the majority of the day; talk or hear; stand or walk occasionally. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is typically utilizing a computer, keyboard, and phone. May occasionally reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch.
