Job Title: Program/Project Management Manager

About This Role

The Salesforce Platform team is seeking a Manager, ISV Program Management to drive partner success on AppExchange. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders-including product leaders and Partner Sales teams-to support ISV readiness for new and existing Salesforce products and clouds, ensuring successful AppExchange launches.

Your Impact - Responsibilities

  • You'll lead the execution of ISV Force and OEM go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for new SKU and product launches. Your responsibilities include:

  • Product Launch Leadership: Spearhead the development of licensing, pricing models, packaging, and the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for SKU development in partnership with the Platform product team and internal stakeholders

  • GTM Operations: Drive operational needs by collaborating with the Ops team to evolve processes that enable partner access to Salesforce's latest technology

  • Process Accountability: Own partner operations and NPI processes, along with ongoing SKU management accountability

  • Program Transformation: Lead internal process transformations and program initiatives to ensure new partner offerings are robust, commercially viable, and provide seamless experiences for partners and customers

  • Launch Support: Contribute to SKU setup, evaluate program policy implications, and collaborate on ISV product launch enablement materials including release notes

  • Pre-Launch Management: Support pre-launch assessments by evaluating license/product compatibility, SKU packaging & attributes, product readiness, and partner terms

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with ProdOps & Product Managers for stakeholder kickoffs, manage product enhancements for launches, and own GTM readiness checklists

You're enthusiastic about Salesforce Platform Technologies and committed to helping partners leverage AppExchange to distribute their solutions. You're ready to roll up your sleeves to mobilize and lead diverse initiatives across the NPI portfolio.

Minimum/ Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent technical leadership experience (advanced management degrees preferred)

  • Experience driving technical programs in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong program/project management skills for large, complex initiatives with analytical, fact-driven, and process-oriented approach

  • Deep knowledge of AppExchange and the Salesforce Partner Community

  • Proven experience supporting and launching SaaS-based offerings, including consumption-based products

  • Expertise in industry standards and pricing strategies for competitive pricing decisions

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining strong organizational skills

  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with ability to communicate complex issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proven ability to influence people and teams across organizational boundaries

  • Success working in cross-functional, matrix management environments with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce products, platform technologies, or the AppExchange ecosystem

  • Previous experience managing or supporting ISV, OEM, or technology partner programs at a SaaS or enterprise software company

  • Experience in product management, product marketing, or new product introduction (NPI) processes

  • Understanding of API integrations, software development lifecycles, and cloud-based application architecture

  • Experience developing consumption-based pricing models, subscription pricing strategies, or usage-based billing structures

  • Proven success managing executive-level stakeholders and influencing decision-making across complex organizations

  • Experience using analytics and data to inform program strategy, measure success metrics, and optimize partner outcomes

  • Track record of leading organizational change initiatives and process improvements in high-growth environments

  • Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or relevant product certifications)

  • Familiarity with ISV business models, software distribution channels, or platform ecosystem dynamics

  • Experience working with international partners or managing programs across multiple geographies
