Symetra is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to drive technology excellence and mentor future leaders.In this role, you'll collaborate with delivery teams and business partners to design, build, and maintain technological solutions that serve both internal and external customers. You'll act as a technical leader and individual contributor, estimating development efforts, driving delivery, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Compensation Salary Range: $141,600 - $236,000 plus eligibility for the company annual bonus program. Who You Are:
