Welders- MIG & TIG *Shift: 1st, (7am-3pm)* *Pay: $22/hr. (Based on experience)* We are seeking experienced MIG and/or TIG Welder Fabricators. This is not production welding. This role requires strong fabrication skills, blueprint interpretation, layout, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must be able to independently take a job from drawings through final fabrication and finishing. Job Description: Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Lay out and fabricate miscellaneous steel products including: Railings, stairs, fences, gates, window guards, columns Cut, punch, and drill material as required MIG weld steel (16 gauge to " thick) TIG weld brass, aluminum, and stainless steel (preferred) Grind materials to high finish standards Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly) Complete work under a piece-rate pay system Required Qualifications: Prior MIG and/or TIG welding experience Strong math skills (fractions, decimals, basic algebra) Ability to read a tape measure to 16ths of an inch Blueprint reading ability
