You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
  • Leading crossfunctional project teams across design, engineering, supply chain, portfolio, and CVM groups to guide product decisions and ensure alignment.
  • Driving business decisions within product development by evaluating product health, margin impact, pricing considerations, and financial viability.
  • Synthesizing market research, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and portfolio insights to inform project direction and define product requirements.
  • Guiding product feature and design choices by balancing customer needs, design vision, and business constraints throughout the development process.
  • Managing multiple simultaneous development projects (typically 4-6), ensuring ontime delivery and successful execution against studio goals.
  • Collaborating closely with manufacturing partners and occasionally visiting plants or suppliers to support feasibility, costing, and operational decisions.
  • Creating clear, datadriven reports, recommendations, and presentations that communicate insights, decisions, and progress to internal stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in product development or in a related role involving product ownership, project health management, or cross-functional decision-making.
  • Proven analytical and data management experience, including evaluating financial impacts, reviewing margin and cost drivers, and assessing project health.
  • Understanding of P&L and pricing strategies and the ability to make informed business decisions based on financial considerations.
  • Experience collaborating across crossfunctional teams such as engineering, design, supply chain, portfolio, and/or customer research.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate product direction, synthesize insights, and present recommendations to diverse audiences.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Exposure to design, engineering, or supply chain environments, with the ability to connect operational considerations to business outcomes.
  • Experience working within manufacturing or productdriven industries, especially roles requiring collaboration with technical teams.
  • Ability to resolve business problems using data, identify trends, evaluate product performance, and use insights to inform decisions.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with practice conveying complex financial or product information in compelling ways.
  • Ability to manage and structure questions, synthesize feedback loops, and incorporate customer insights into product direction.
  • Experience leading or supporting complex crossfunctional initiatives requiring alignment across diverse partners.
