DOHRs Talent Management Center of Excellence has developed a comprehensive approach across TN State Government to advance employees while assisting organizations in attracting, developing and retaining top talent. Our specialized teams collaborate with agencies to provide enhanced services that meet their business priorities. We offer specialized support, best practices, and research to assist agencies in assessing, planning, and implementing talent management initiatives

How you make a difference in this role:

The Talent Development team leads the enterprise-wide learning strategy for the enterprise and offers various premier leadership programs to up-skill leadership capacity within Tennessee State Government. It partners with stakeholders to understand their unique learning strategy needs and co-create customized solutions

Job Overview:

As a member of the Office of Organizational Agility leadership team, this Talent Management Program Director leads the Talent Development (TD) program. The TD program oversees essential learning program, advanced learning programs, Learning Management System (LMS), alumni engagement program, and other professional development programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate degree in Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Talent Management, Training and Development or related field is preferred. Experience of minimum 5 years in leading programs and teams in Talent Management related area.
