Description

Markon's partner company is seeking a motivated Senior Full-Stack Engineer to support the Corporate Discovery Services mission. In this role, you will work closely with mission stakeholders to capture requirements and design innovative analytics-driven solutions that automate and enable data and metadata analysis.The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly technical, and comfortable working end-to-end-from requirements gathering to building, deploying, and improving production-ready tools.



Responsibilities

Mission Focus

    Partner directly with customers and mission stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements, and deliver impactful software solutions
  • Develop a software capability to capture holistic information about analytic dependencies, performance, and governance status
  • Build solutions that enable users to federate, join, and aggregate information across disparate data sources in a policy-compliant manner

Technical Proficiency

  • Creatively leverage and combine disparate data sources to fill knowledge gaps related to:
    • User activities
    • Collection efforts
    • Technology discovery
  • Develop and integrate APIs, services, and analytics capabilities to support business intelligence and data-driven mission outcomes
  • Build and deploy analytics workflows and customer-supported tools that improve automation and insight delivery


Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Proficiency with object-oriented programming languages, specifically Python and Java
  • Experience working with:
    • Jupyter Notebooks
    • GHOSTMACHINE
    • Query Time Analytics
  • Strong ability to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions


Salary Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $210,000.00 /Yr.

The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
