We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of innovative panelized residential construction projects. This role manages all phases of the project lifecycle-from contract kickoff through on-site installation-while coordinating cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong residential construction expertise, excels in planning and permitting, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage residential construction projects from contract execution through on-site installation Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, manufacturing, project management, and sales Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, architects, building officials, certification bodies, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Oversee RFIs, change orders, permitting, construction documentation, and production schedules Track panel production, delivery timelines, and installation readiness Maintain detailed project schedules and proactively manage risks Ensure clear communication, accurate documentation, and successful project outcomes Required Qualifications Extensive experience in residential construction project management Strong background in field planning, scheduling, and project execution Working knowledge of permitting processes and construction documentation Experience managing RFIs and change orders Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners Must be commutable to Northboro, MA for monthly in-office collaboration Preferred Qualifications Experience with panelized or prefabricated construction systems (preferred, not required) #LI-MB1 After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
