JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are seeking a strategic, influential, and agile senior executive to serve as our Head of Marketing/Sales Spending & Procurement Impact. This leader will bring exceptional executive presence, sophisticated storytelling abilities, and a proven track record of leading through complexity and conflict. As a key member of our Procurement organization, you will shape enterpriselevel decisions and generate sustained impact across the U.S. and global business. About the Role In this role, you will oversee global marketing, sales, digital, media, and commercial spending, maximizing enterprise value through category management, sourcing excellence, and supplier partnerships. You will serve as the primary strategic procurement partner to the U.S. organization-providing clarity, alignment, and persuasive narrative leadership at the most senior levels. You will regularly interact with the USA Leadership Team as well as top global leaders across commercial and marketing functions in other countries, influencing decisions tied directly to marketing and selling spending. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $308,000 to $404,300 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
