Overview

Element is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Researcher to join our team on an 18 month fixed term contract. The primary responsibility of this role is to support strategic decision-making by conducting research on current markets, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing insights for existing and new initiatives.



Responsibilities

    Develop clear and well-defined research scopes aligned with business objectives
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
  • Set up and monitor data collection systems, including electronic tools and software
  • Perform calculations and utilize mathematical skills to interpret data accurately
  • Document findings, including any deviations, and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Adhere to research parameters and ensure data integrity throughout the process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate insights effectively


Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering open and respectful collaboration
  • Ability to represent the company professionally at events and meetings
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Certification background is a plus
