Patient Service Representative

Department:Primary Care | MaineHealth Franklin Hospital | MaineHealth

Facility hours:Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM

Shift: 40-hours per week.

Location:Fully onsite in Farmington, ME at 181 Franklin Health Commons

Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
