As the field of nephrology undergoes a profound transformation, our team is responsible for deepening our understanding of provider needs and aligning our capabilities to ensure DaVita remains the preferred provider partner.

The Analyst, Partner Engagement, will support this transformation by translating data into compelling narratives, providing the key insights needed to enhance our provider partnerships. This role is highly visible and works cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization, including field operators, clinical, strategy, and product teams. You will be part of a team made up of highly motivated individuals with diverse professional backgrounds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiative Support & Measurement: Assist in the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of key initiatives that strengthen provider partnerships. This includes tracking key performance metrics and success measures for engagement initiatives.

  • Data Management & Analysis: Manage the rounding data database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of rounding data and other datasets to identify actionable insights and trends.

  • Storytelling & Presentations: Translate complex data and analysis into clear, compelling narratives and effective visuals for a variety of audiences, including senior leadership. Create data-driven stories that demonstrate the impact of our engagement efforts.

  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders and partners to drive the successful planning and implementation of your work and other common priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (required).

  • 1-2 years of relevant data analyst experience (required).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (required).

  • Resourceful, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and has an innate desire to learn (required).

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including complex formulas) and PowerPoint; intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Outlook (required).

  • Healthcare background, interest, or educational experiences (preferred).

  • Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams including operations, finance, clinical, and compliance (preferred).

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $85,000.00/year.
