Sterile Processing Technician Bethesda MD Pay From: $29 Per hour MUST : Experienced Sterile Processing Tech with 1+years of experience Experience maintaining and preparing surgical instruments Preparing instruments and supplies prior to surgical procedures Knowledge of OR Instruments Experience working in an Operating Room or Ambulatory setting Strong experience autoclaving/Sterilizing instruments and equipment Ensuring availability of anesthesia supplies and equipment in the OR Replenishing anesthesia stock items Delivering specimens and supplies Stocking medical /surgical supplies Sterile Processing Diploma preferred HS Diploma DUTIES: Duties of the Sterile Processing Tech include but are not limited to: Will maintain and prepare surgical instruments Prepare supplies and instruments prior to procedures Stock medical/surgical supplies Ensure Operating Room is stocked properly Perform sterilization and disinfection of surgical instruments and equipment Provide support as needed Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
