Responsibilities The DocTime Contracts Administrator will manage and administer physician and provider contracts within the DocTime platform owned by Ludi, Inc. This role supports contract life-cycle activities, ensures accurate compensation administration, and serves as a key operational partner between contracting, finance, and clinical teams. The administrator will help ensure contracts are correctly input, tracked, and maintained in the system, payments are processed timely and accurately, and compliance standards are upheld. Contract Administration
The ideal candidate has experience with contract administration, strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across functional teams. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $28.00 to $40.00 on an hourly basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
