A trusted information management organization specializing in secure document imaging and digital records is seeking a detail-driven Data Entry Associate to support accurate electronic document retrieval. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data entry, organization, and working with digital records in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment where precision matters every day.

Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Employment Type: Temporary

What You'll Do

• Retrieve scanned document images using imaging and indexing software.
• Assign accurate codes, keywords, and categories to imaged documents based on job specifications.
• Verify document images for clarity and quality during the indexing process.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure indexing accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain organized electronic records to support efficient document retrieval.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced data entry environment.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical coursework preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of computer data entry systems and digital records processing.
• High attention to detail with strong proofreading skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
