Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about. We give everyone-from emerging artists to global brands-everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

The Technical Presales (TPS) organization partners with customers across all levels-from C-level executives (often CIO/CTO) to operational teams-to advise on strategies and technology solutions that enable customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. We assess a customer's current-state architecture, define a future-state technical vision (Northstar Architecture), identify gaps, and provide technical leadership that aligns Adobe solutions to measurable business outcomes.

Integrated Services provides customers with an Enterprise Architect and structured activations to accelerate value realization across Adobe solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of architects dedicated exclusively to supporting Integrated Services customers within an industry vertical.

What you'll Do

As a Manager of Enterprise Architects (Integrated Services), you will manage senior and principal architects who blend deep technical expertise with strong discernment to deliver outcomes for customers enrolled in the Integrated Services program. You will ensure that customer architectures, roadmaps, and activations are aligned to business objectives, platform capabilities, and measurable value.

Reporting to the head of Enterprise Architecture, this customer-facing leadership role offers rich opportunities to lead a high-impact team, own technical outcomes for your industry vertical's Integrated Services footprint, and partner closely with Sales and Delivery collaborators to drive customer outcomes, renewals, and program growth. The new program will thrive and inspire EAs under your leadership!

Lead customer outcomes (Integrated Services)

  • Own technical leadership in your industry vertical and ensure high-quality architecture guidance from planning through post-implementation optimization.

  • Establish, build and scale guidelines for subscription engagements, including: current-state assessment, Northstar Architecture definition, blocker identification ("big rocks"), phased roadmap creation, and ongoing governance.

  • Ensure consistent creation, quality, and reuse of core Integrated Services deliverables.

Drive subscription success, renewals, and expansion

  • Act in a sponsorship capacity within your assigned patch to ensure application of team standards while driving customer outcomes and subscription success.

  • Partner with Sales leadership and account teams to communicate architectural progress, unblock technical risks, and articulate the business value of integrated Adobe solutions enabled through the subscription model.

  • Prioritize technical workstreams against capacity while driving consistent subscription program execution and customer value realization.

Operate with strong cadence and partner visibility

Maintain an operational cadence for reporting and updates that clearly communicates customer health, architecture progress, deliverable status, risks, and next steps to internal and external partners. You embrace change with resolve.

Build and develop a high-performing architect team

Attract, identify, recruit, hire, onboard, motivate, grow, enable, and retain top architect talent. We seek authenticity and insightfulness.

Coach architects to operate as trusted advisors across IT and business leadership, balancing strategic architecture with pragmatic execution and adoption guidance.

  • Create a culture of continuous learning across Adobe products, industry trends, and competitive landscape-especially across functional areas of Data, Content, and Journeys.

  • Collaborate across Adobe and partner ecosystem. Your relationship building is key to success!

  • Interact with leaders and ICs in presales, sales, customer success, product management, delivery (Adobe and partners), and engineering to ensure Integrated Services work complements broader implementation and consulting motions.

What you need to succeed

Experience

  • 5+ years of architecture experience in one or more of: enterprise architecture, data architecture, content architecture, or experience ecosystem architecture.

  • 5+ years of software presales or sales experience and/or customer-facing technical leadership experience driving outcomes in a recurring services model.

Core capabilities

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment where processes and procedures may evolve as the subscription program scales.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; history of working optimally with people at all levels and across functions.
