Our Company The Opportunity The Technical Presales (TPS) organization partners with customers across all levels-from C-level executives (often CIO/CTO) to operational teams-to advise on strategies and technology solutions that enable customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. We assess a customer's current-state architecture, define a future-state technical vision (Northstar Architecture), identify gaps, and provide technical leadership that aligns Adobe solutions to measurable business outcomes. Integrated Services provides customers with an Enterprise Architect and structured activations to accelerate value realization across Adobe solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of architects dedicated exclusively to supporting Integrated Services customers within an industry vertical. What you'll Do As a Manager of Enterprise Architects (Integrated Services), you will manage senior and principal architects who blend deep technical expertise with strong discernment to deliver outcomes for customers enrolled in the Integrated Services program. You will ensure that customer architectures, roadmaps, and activations are aligned to business objectives, platform capabilities, and measurable value. Reporting to the head of Enterprise Architecture, this customer-facing leadership role offers rich opportunities to lead a high-impact team, own technical outcomes for your industry vertical's Integrated Services footprint, and partner closely with Sales and Delivery collaborators to drive customer outcomes, renewals, and program growth. Operate with strong cadence and partner visibility Maintain an operational cadence for reporting and updates that clearly communicates customer health, architecture progress, deliverable status, risks, and next steps to internal and external partners. Coach architects to operate as trusted advisors across IT and business leadership, balancing strategic architecture with pragmatic execution and adoption guidance.

Domain / product knowledge Familiarity with Adobe products, especially Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Cloud / Marketing Cloud solutions. Working knowledge of modern architectural trends across Data, Content, and Journeys, including identity, activation, orchestration, governance, and integration patterns. Requirements
In California, the pay range for this position is $242,600 - $351,225 In New York, the pay range for this position is $242,600 - $351,225 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
