Resolution Agent \| Start Date: February 3, 2026 Phoenix, AZ 85044 - Onsite Training: 3 weeks, Mon-Fri, 9 AM-6 PM (mandatory) PostTraining Shifts: 7 AM-4 PM or 9 AM-6 PM What You'll Do * Support homeowners via email, chat, and overflow phone calls-researching inquiries and resolving issues within SLAs. * Address questions related to accounts, payments, loan transfers, escrow (insurance/taxes), and transactionrelated discrepancies. * Partner with multiple internal teams to deliver fast, accurate resolutions while meeting contact center performance metrics.
