Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a Recruiter II to join their Talent Acquisition Department at Baptist Health Corbin in Corbin, KY! This an on-site position, located at the Hospital. Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods. Develops job advertisements and screensresumes/applications. Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Extends offers andnegotiates compensation. Initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficientlyand effectively. Work is highly independent. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years experience in Recruitment/HR experience in a Corporate or Agency setting. Healthcare setting highly desired. 4 years additional experience may substituted in lieu of degree. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems/HR systems.
