As a Document Control Specialist based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for managing Anritsu Company documentation and coordinating the ECO process in our ERP system. Working closely with the development teams and manufacturing to make sure our documents are current and controlled under our Anritsu Company Procedures.

Key Responsibilities include:



  • Coordinate new part number generation and support documentation for new material (datasheets, specification drawings, layout decals and compliance statements)
  • Managing the library for all the Anritsu manufacturing documentation, practices, safety datasheets and procedures
  • Investigate improvements in the new part release process
  • This position will be reporting to the Engineering Manager based in Morgan Hill, CA


Requirements:



  • BS college degree is preferred
  • Min 5 years of experience with documentation management and PCO/ECO process.
  • Working knowledge of basic ERP systems prefer SAP
  • Microsoft Office intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Access

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $135,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Anritsu Company considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
