Corporate Finance Intern

Responsibilities

Arcfield is looking for a Corporate Finance Intern who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The position requires solid skills in the areas of relationship building, communication, and partnering with the Finance team as well as with other Corporate functional teams. This position requires an elevated level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Major Responsibilities/Activities Statements:

  • General accounting duties to assist the accounting and finance department:
    • Corporate Reporting
    • Financial statements and reports
    • Project Accounting
    • Ability analyze financial information and prepare financial reports

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Pursuing a degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a concise manner
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail is essential in composing, typing and proofing materials
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team from across the organization and to act independently under general direction
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with leadership
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organization skills
