Summary KEMET Electronics, a YAGEO Group Company, is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Training Technician to support manufacturing operations at our Tantalum Innovation Center in Simpsonville, South Carolina. This position is for 1st shift but must be able and willing to work on various shifts, as flexibility and overtime may be required periodically. The role is responsible for coordinating, administering, and delivering operator training, maintaining accurate training records, and supporting quality and audit requirements. You'll work closely with Process Engineering and Quality teams to ensure training documentation stays current and employees meet all certification and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities
