PURPOSE: Ensure product, process, and service quality through rigorous analysis, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide data-driven insights and technical support to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and enhance customer satisfaction. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities Perform regular audits to verify adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality standards and procedures Compile and analyze test results; prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations Serve as administrator for corporate HSE digital systems, ensuring governance and technical oversight Support incident investigations by providing root cause analysis and corrective action guidance Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools Experience with quality audits and compliance standards SKILLS: Advanced data analysis and problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Collaborative approach to cross-functional initiatives Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
