About the role:

Ready to operate at a higher level?

We are hiring a Financial Analyst to join one of California's most active multifamily investment sales teams. This is not a back-office analyst role - You'll work directly with the senior broker, business development team and team analysts. You will be the team's execution engine - driving underwriting, managing live deals, overseeing marketing, and building the operational systems that support scale.

Why This Role:

  • Direct involvement in meaningful multifamily transactions

  • Real influence over operations, systems, and growth

In this role, you will:

  • Advanced multifamily underwriting & valuation modeling (Excel required)

  • Deal execution from LOI through escrow close

  • Offering memorandums & investment narratives

  • Debt analysis, refinance modeling, capital markets evaluation

  • CRM oversight, pipeline tracking, workflow management

  • Process design to increase efficiency and production.

What you bring:

  • 2+ years commercial real estate underwriting experience

  • Multifamily investment sales experience strongly preferred

  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling fluency is critical)

  • High accountability, strong judgment

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area

  • Ability to manage multiple live deals without losing detail

Area/Location Specific: Onsite - Los Angeles, CA (Brentwood)

Approximate salary range for this Role: $70,304 - $85,000 USD

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
