Leprino Lubbock is seeking a Line 2 Mixer Operator. The Mixer Operatoris responsible for the safe operation of the mixers and extruders. The Wet Mixer Operator must also have basic knowledge of finesaver operation, preheat tank, and brine belt operating principles. This position is also responsible for correct ingredient addition to the cheese, as well as maintaining proper dimension control. This position pays $21 per hour during training, then once certified will make $26 per hour. There is an additional $1 differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am. Weekly pay All other duties as assigned. Job Duties:

We Hope You Have (Preferred Qualifications): Experience machine operation and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment and experience with HMIs are preferred Work Environment Description: The Mixer Operator must have the ability to: perform essential job functions which may include lifting; access elevated work areas such as climbing ladders/stairs; evaluate and identify mechanical conditions and make adjustments or corrective action as necessary; wear required personal protective equipment; work in hot, humid, and cold areas; comply with all applicable safety practices; complete written reports; perform basic mathematical calculations; enter data into and pull data from computer systems.
