As a Security Guard - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Orovada, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct unarmed patrols and monitor premises to help deter security-related incidents. This role involves driving responsibilities, allowing you to remain visible throughout the property and respond promptly to situations. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, all while contributing to a people-first, team-oriented culture built on integrity, reliability, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related hazards encountered during patrols.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees to provide assistance and information as needed.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
• Assist with implementing emergency procedures and responding to alarms or other urgent situations according to established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
